Answer: Reservations for the Vermillion Valley Campground at Edison Lake are made by calling the Forest Service at 877 444-6777 and mentioning Vermilion Valley Campground in the High Sierras. The overflow camping is located at Mono Creek. You may also make reservations via ReserveUSA. There are 33 sites, all a short walk to the beach and lake. And, within walking distance of the resturant and store, showers and laundry at VVR. This campground is absolutely beautiful with Jeffrey Pine and Tamaracks for shade. Perfect for car camping, tents, pop-ups and small trailers.
